The following process will take place:

1. If it looks like rain/storm or there already has been rain, BTA Management or a representative will meet inspect the grounds.

2. A decision will be made by 5:00 p.m. and notifications placed on the BTA website and Facebook page.

3. BTA Management will determine whether games will be abandoned or an opportunity to reschedule the games.
